Cubs Reveal Proposed Wrigley Field Changes
The Chicago Cubs released renderings Tuesday of changes to the Wrigley Field renovation plan, including a proposed new video board and a half dozen 36 foot tall middle fingers.
The Cubs announced last week that they would ask the city to approve more signs in the outfield at Wrigley, a move that comes after “endless hours” of hearing rooftop owners complain that they are entitled to making obscene profits ripping off the Cubs.
Beth Murphy, a spokesperson for the rooftop owners and owner of Murphy’s Bleachers, issued this statement:
