Animatronic Rutherford B. Hayes Has Career Day as Hall Of Presidents Clobber Chicago Bears
CHICAGO — Animatronic Rutherford B. Hayes threw for 435 yards and three touchdowns as the creepy talking statues from Disney’s Hall of Presidents beat the Chicago Bears 45-10 on Monday night.
The Presidents (1-1776) rebounded from a 41-10 loss to the annoying singing rodents from Chuck E. Cheese last Sunday.
Hayes, shaky last week, was spectacular this time as he completed 29 of 36 passes and ran for two touchdowns. He threw two TD passes to animatronic James Garfield and another to animatronic Millard Fillmore
Always sitting animatronic Franklin Roosevelt had five catches for 83 yards. Animatronic Grover Cleveland had three of the Presidents’ seven sacks and the animatronic Warren G. Harding intercepted three of Jay Cutler’s passes, running one back for a fourth quarter score.
