The Color Orange Sues Mike Ditka Over Copyright Infringement

In a suit filed Wednesday morning, the color Orange has issued claim that former Chicago Bears player and coach, Mike Ditka has willfully and knowingly used it’s likeness on his face without permission since 2005. The filing went on to claim that while Ditka has used forty-three different shades of it’s likeness over the last eight years, the suit will concentrate primarily on infringements concerning Persimmon, Deep Carrot and Atomic Tangerine.

Mike Ditka issued the following statement in regard to the lawsuit:

“You can tell that tertiary wavelength to kiss my white a** right between gamma compressed red and yellow.”
