Ben Carson Claims Jews Could Have Stopped Holocaust If They Were A Little More Handy
Republican candidate Ben Carson continued his controversial remarks about guns Thursday — suggesting in a new interview that the Jews may have been able to diminish the likelihood of the Holocaust if they were a bit more handy.

Carson made the remarks, which drew swift condemnation — on CNN. In Carson’s new book “Don’t Give Morty a Hammer”, Carson writes “the Nazis were able to carry out their evil intentions with relatively little resistance, because Jews weren’t very handy”.
Carson continued, “I think the likelihood of Hitler being able to accomplish his goals would have been greatly diminished if Jews had spent a little less time doing math and a little more time doing guy stuff. Hitler made those guns so complicated, he knew Jews couldn’t figure ‘em out”.
The comments would have drawn a swift response from CNN’s Wolf Isaac Blitzer, but the correspondent was unable to attach his microphone.
